Morgans was set up in 2000 by a small group of solicitors with substantial private practice and in-house experience to provide legal services to clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Most of our litigation work is conducted in the Commercial Court of the English High Court in London. The arbitrations we deal with are mostly determined under London Maritime Arbitrators Association terms or are subject to the ICC rules. We have established relationships and regularly liaise with clients, lawyers and professionals in many different jurisdictions around the world.
